SHIPPING POLICY
At REM., we are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience. We partner with reliable international carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
SECTION 1 - PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high-volume periods or new product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES To ensure efficient delivery and maintain our high standards of quality, we utilize centralized fulfillment centers.

Note: These timeframes are estimates. While we make every effort to deliver your order within this window, delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or other external factors are sometimes unavoidable.
SECTION 3 - ORDER TRACKING When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you havenβt received your order within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@remsleepco.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES For orders within the European Union, VAT is typically included in the price or handled via IOSS. However, REM. is not responsible for any extra customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
SECTION 5 - DAMAGES AND ISSUES REM. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, we want you to be satisfied. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@remsleepco.com so we can help you find a solution.
SECTION 6 - INCORRECT ADDRESSES It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@remsleepco.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
